Of course if there is Pokemon in Japan, we also have Gundam.
Aside from the 60 feet tall Gundam statue in Odaiba Tokyo, we also have the Gundam Cafe, located in Akihabara, just a one to two minute walk away from the train station.
The cafe, which is modeled after the famous anime from the Mobile Suit Gundam series, is decorated with art and themes from the series and serves Gundam themed dishes. Included in the cafe is a mini gift shop which sells souvenirs and collectibles.
We weren’t able to eat here since we just had lunch so I’ll just share with you some photos! Enjoy!

Found your blog when you Liked one of my blog posts. Thank you for that. 😉
I have yet to try this cafe but some of my Japanese friends don’t recommend this because it’s completely overrated. I tried Maid Cafe in Akihabara though and was such a nice experience!
PS. Love your blog!
